movie not loaded error on Windows adobe flash

Hi guys,

I have Vista running and adobe flash 10 installed.

I cant get adobe flash to work. youtube movies wont show.
There will be a blank screen where the movie is supposed to be and if you right click the screen it says
"movie not loaded
adobe flash 10"

I have tried uninstalling flash and reinstalling flash. I tried enabling all the scripts, activeX stuff, and java in the internet options

I have no idea what to do.

can you all help me?

Is it Vista 64 bit by chance using IE? If so make sure you aren't using the included 64bit IE browser because flash will not work with 64 bit browsers. Try the 32bit IE, Firefox, or Opera.

this is not 64 bit vista.
it is in IE and firefox.

This also happens in XP too.
