I lost it when I read that

it boggles my mind that they never did a second Dick Tracy movie.

My understanding was a lot of the big stars didnt work well together and made excessive stress for the director and producer.
Warren Beatty in particular was known to be difficult.

Children of Men comes to mind for me, but then when I consider it more, it's probably better as is. There is a lot more story to tell with that movie, but any sequel would ruin the power the first one had.

The Incredibles deserves a sequel since it looks like Cars and possibly Monster's Inc is getting one.

--as was posted, there is a sequel to American Psycho...sorta. and it's terrible. It never needed a sequel anyway.
