Since you put it in your sig...GJ on the weight loss, but are you sure 84 pounds in 6 months is realistic and healthy for your situation? Consider aiming at, say, waist size instead of pounds, and definitely read the fat loss sticky in Health & Fitness. I find that the daily plate at livestrong.com is very helpful for tracking net calories (though you can't trust their calorie and nutritional values for foods, even if they say verified).
Also check out stronglifts.com...if you can get to a barbell and you have the desire, you can lose massive weight and gain massive strength without endless boring cardio. Seriously, check it out.
