Wow, interesting browser I have to say!
i like the idea that it allows mne to do a quick reply with Anandtech! Kind of cool!

Anyone wanna tell me how to put in a new theme? Or perhpas a place to get some new ones?

Quick reply is a FuseTalk feature, not a browser feature.

Firebird rocks. Been using it for months. I only use IE for Windows Update anymore.

IE does that, too.

it requires one more click so isn't as quick

plus, IE is slower than molasses on a january day in new hampshire

I started using Firebird a few weeks ago and I have noticed that it does crash a lot. There's also a few minor quirks that I don't like, but a few other features that I really do like. All in all, it is definitely better than IE.

Goto Tools->Options.

Then select Themes. At the bottom of the window there's a link to new themes. (not many cool ones exist)

One more click than what? It's jsut sitting there at the bottom... I don't see how 0 clicks is 1 more click than anything.

It only takes me one click to use quick reply in IE, so that means you are using it with no clicks in Firebird. :Q

It is not on by default in IE so you have to click the red arrow to activate it.

Yes, I clicked that red arrow about 6 months ago and it's been on since then, though. If that counts as "one extra click", how many clicks did it take to install firebird?

Firebird is very much under development right now, so expect some crashes and bugs.

Your settings must be wrong or something... mine is always down there without clicking anything.

I'm downloading Firebird 0.6.1 now (again- HD hosed everything yesterday :| ). I used 0.6 for about a week, it was rock solid, only the most minor wierdness.

I have become a huge fan of Safari, ESPECIALLY the spell check in the browser. Little skimpy on the options though.

I've been using it for two months now, and not a single crash as far as I can remember. Only 'problem with it' is some server admins dont know how to set mime types properly and it can cause a headache trying to download certain files from certain servers. Other then that, it rocks!

I got Firebird about two months ago and freakin love it. The best feature about it is being able to open up a window in a new tab just by clicking the mouse wheel. So nice and fast too! I really like the ability to customize the browser to your liking with just a few simple downloads. And using the about:config line in the addy bar to modify is cool too.

Peace
