Mozilla -- how can I...?

Hello. I'm trying Mozilla and don't mind it. Just a couple questions that I can't figure out:

Can you configure it so you can use the middle mouse click to get the scroller? I've grown very reliant on it , but I know Mozilla likes to use it for the "open in new tab."

Also, is there any way to configure a button to allow popups to pass through (like pop up stopper does)? How do you use a site that requires the popup for log-on, the whole site's a popup (like www.siteforrent.com), etc?

Thanks for the help. Ah, the things we do to procrastinate going to sleep.

Middle mouse click works as the scroller here on my end. I've probably removed all tab buttons from the mouse though. Try getting the tabbrowser extensions extension. I think you can allow popups by holding ctrl, I'm not sure though, I myself haven't been using Firebird that long either

For your first question, it should do both, just hit the button somewhere other than on a link.

AFAIK, there's no ctrl-click option to get disable the popup stopper, although you can instead whitelist a site.

Autoscroll is built into the current release, I believe.

Oh, wait. That may only be for Firebird. Nevermind.

I am pretty sure that is where I got my middle button-autoscroll add-on, too. I added a bunch of stuff, now mozilla color-codes related tabs, mouse gestures, and so on-- I don't even remember all the stuff I installed. I don't miss anything from IE 6 anymore (actually haven't for about a year now, it seems).

Thanks for the info. Too bad the pop-up stopper's not more dynamic, though there are some sites I frequent that have popups I need, but others I don't want. Whitelisting sites is a pain too when you're never going to that site again... well, we can't have everything.

Thanks.

I think I'll use this until Opera comes out with and e-mail client that will actually import messages. I had big problems trying to get that stuff in, haha.

New question--in the e-mail client, is there a way that I can just have all the e-mail download to the Local Folders? It's annoying that my two accounts want totally separate folder setups. Can't seem to find it otherwise. Thanks.

Try blacklisting all popups except for those sites you frequent.

I don't know the meaning of a nonlocal folder if you're doing POP the normal way (download from server, delete from server)... is that what you're doign?
