MP3, VCD CD player?

I came across the following ad while looking for a soundcard.

Does anyone know anything about these type of CD players that will play MP3s off a CD?

they aren't bad this one is good only one battery, kewl. they are good for cars and home and work not really for jogging and outdoo activities thou. I think i'll buy it.
