mp3s.4-all.org.........legit?!?!

came across this site after downloading several files off kazaa with the ID3 tags of this site. all those songs were of good quality.
this site has a bunch of albums on it, just wondering if it's a legit site or not considering the fact that they require you to accept a security warning when u are to download. anyone with experience?!
