I recently learned that most people only watch cooking shows for their "fantasy selves", aka to fantasize about a perfect world where you have the time, energy, and motivation to spend 30 minutes or an hour to
enjoy cooking & not having it feel like a
chore. I thought people watched it to
learn, which is why I like Alton Brow so much! Mr. Beast is the same way...what if you could play a fun game & get a new computer or money or whatever as a prize?
