MS Intellimouse Explorer - Kaput

well, here in my dorm...the desks we have for our PC's are kinda tight. i guess the other day, my roomie knocked my Intellimouse Explorer off my desk accidentely, and it is no longer working. if i jiggle the cable, i can get the LED to light up...but other than that, it is almost always off.

a couple of Q's here...i dont have the Box or Manual or anything here, its at home: will microsoft send me a new one for free? (its about 9-10 months old.) is there any way i could fix the mouse if MS won't send me a new one?

MS will send you another one. no box or anything needed (they may ask for the code on the bottom of the mouse if I recall correctly). I replaced a couple of these through their warranty.

one more thing, if someone would be willing to give me a hand...

anyone have the phone # for microsoft customer service, or where i would have to call to get a replacement? i tried lookin on the ms website...but i didnt find it right away, and using the keyboard to navigate is getting on my nerves :-D

anyway, thanks alot to whoever can help me out!
