Ms Optical Wheelmouse: USB or PS2?

Ok, I've heard two arguments for using one over the other (USB or PS2), but I'm not sure which is more important. I've got it in USB right now just 'cause. I've heard people say that the USB one samples faster, but that it also ties up too many IRQ's...

What do you guys suggest?

USB will take up some cpu power, and ps2 will use up less. I haven't really notice the difference between usb and ps2 tho.

USB if freezing cursors don't scare you when heavy disc access is going on Otherwise PS2 at 100hz is fine.
