MS Outlook Question

I am currently running Office 2003 on my work computer but will be getting a new computer with Office 2007 tomorrow. It has been a long time since I migrated my Outlook data files from one PC to another and I could use a refresher.

My work e-mail uses POP servers in case that makes a difference. Can anyone give me some directions?

look for a file called outlook.pst This stores all of your data from Outlook, but not the pop settings themselves. All you have to do is just overwrite the new outlook.pst with that from your old computer.
