MSI 845G MAX BIOS tweaks?

Does anyone know if there are any updated 845G chipset drivers, or BIOS upgrades?

My intuiton tells me that this board should be way faster than it seems....maybe if someone could recommend a link to some free benchmarking apps.....

MSI 845g MAX, P41.8a with stock cooling, 128Mb of generic PC2100 memory (for the time being), Geforce2 GTS 32MB, IBM GTX 60GB 7200, Plextor 12/10/32a, 3COM 3C905C NIC

Free Benchmark software are 3DMark2001, Sisoft Sandra.

Chipset Drivers are up to date but I'm still not noticing much improvment. Anyone else have this board??

There is a new BIOS posted by MSI -- version 1.3.

If you are using "auto" detection in the BIOS, then try setting it manually. Or vice-versa.

Cant say im having any problems, except if I go over 133 FSB my onboard sound dies. It doesnt matter because I have an audigy. Great board.

I can OC up to 150fsb, memory or old Geforce2 GTS crapps out any higher. I'm currently running at 133FSB for 2.4Ghz.

I don't think this board is awful, it just doesn't blow you away.

The mobo is dirt cheap considering the features you get on it. I'm looking at either this board or the Abit IT7-MAX - which is a great board... but you pay the price for it !
