I do not own this board but several other MSI boards, though they dont have the overclocking features as some others, they are, and have been fr me, super stable. I have a MATX 939 thats been going strong for the last 2 years almost 24/7 with never I single lock up or problem and gets gamed on, does video and internet, and is used as my networking rig to sling movies and music to my bedroom and my kids, so its been getting one hell of a work out.

I don't think it does neither. I believe the intel C2Ds required a 965 chipset or higher (or a revised 946 chipset in some cases). The board seems a lil dated (with a ICH7 SB and DDR2 533/400 support), so it looks like 3btech is just dumping stock. It's not a bad deal if you're looking for something for a 775 P4, or a Pentium D. I mean, $40 for a board, no rebates, can't find anything like that. Good try tho, keep up the good work.

Acording to the MSI website it will do the C2D chips as long as they run under 800 FSB and see note on the site for more information

And it also would look to be luck of the draw for PCB version one is a no go for ALL C2D chips, so if you get it for a P4 set up, maybe you will get lucky to get the PCB version 2 that supports some 800, and some 1066 FSB C2D chips. If anyone does buy PLEASE report in your board revisions to see what 3btech is getting rid of, or call them and see if it is on the box before they ship to you what revision these are?

If you can get your hands on a E4300 you be all good, and with a minimal oc on the board should get it to go 2.4 at the very least.

BUT check the link peeps if you plan on using a C2D chip, make sure it is a 800FSB NOT 1333, and you can use it or like mentioned above some P4 goodness if you like.
