------------------------------------------------------------------
Spec wise this is an interesting card. It has 1gb of memory but a 192 memory bus instead of a 256 memory bus that most gtx460 1gbs and gtx560s possess. Furthermore newegg indicates it uses a gf114 core (560) instead of a gf104 core (460) and it can only sli with a 192bit GF114 core.
At the same time the card is overclocked to gtx560 speed
Normal 560 1gb-810mhz core clock, 1620mhz shader clock, 4004mhz effective memory clock, effective bandwidth 128.1 GB/s
Normal 460 1gb-675mhz core clock, 1350mhz shader clock, 3600mhz effective memory clock, effective bandwidth 115.2 GB/s
Normal 460 768mb-675mhz core clock, 1350mhz shader clock, 3600mhz effective memory clock, effective bandwidth 86.4 GB/s
MSI-OC 460 1gb-810mhz core clock, 1620mhz shader clock, 4004mhz effective memory clock, effective bandwidth 96.1 GB/s for the first 768mb of memory, 32.0 GB/s for the last 384mb of memory
So the card should always be faster than a 460 768mb. In some situations it will be similar to a 460 1gb and in some situations it will be almost as fast as a 560 1gb (non ti)
Read here for more about memory interleaving and how nvidia gets 1gb on a 192bit bus (they are talking about the 550ti but is should be the same logic as the 460 1gb that uses 560 cores.)
