the processor is pricey, but this and a i3 processor is just $170. add $30 worth of ram, and $100 ssd card... a $300 computer that sips power and hulls ass when it needs to.

Edit: I could see the value in this, if there were some low-power IB Celeron/Pentium chips on the market for $40, then you could throw in a $20 4GB DDR3 DIMM on top, and have a viable CPU/mobo/video/RAM for $100.

Still though, HDMI would make it a lot better.

But it has DVI, which is compatible with HDMI with an adapter.

+1 for boards like this. I have another MSI H67 with 3570K for the HD4000, and an ASUS H61 with 16GB RAM and a SB Pentium G620 in my server. Both rigs are like gease lightning.

I'd rather have DVI - more usefull overall. DVI to HDMI adapters are cheap enough.

exactly! yes dvi to hdmi adapters exists, but having a single cable, for both audio and video for your media center, is unbeatable. hdmi all the way if this is intended to be for an htpc.
