MSI K7N420 Pro Power On Light Header... Where is it?

I got the board, it's working great, but the instruction manual either does not say where the power on light header is or is very very vague about it... and I'm beginning to miss that little green light

anyone build one yet and can point it out to me? thanks in advance

you probably got a three pin connector ,you need to move or put the two wires next to each other on the connector i.e pin 1 and 2 not 1 and 3 . Then fit as per manual i think is pin 1 and 3 on the mobo

I just built a few systems this weekend with this board and I was faced with this problem, too. If you have a 3-pin POL connector for your case, move the negative wire to the middle. You do this by lifting up a small flap on the black connector unit, which serves as a latch to keep the cords in place and from falling out. If your case has a 2-pin POL, skip to the next step. Next, you will connect this to pins 4 and 2 on the motherboard. Positive goes in 4 and negative goes in two. The right end of the connector should go like this:

** |pin 3| |pin 1|
** |pin 4| |pin 2|

I believe the HDD light goes on pins 3 and 1, if I remember correctly. Positive being pin 3.
