I see it listed on ZipZoomFly.com, but on backorder... anybody know when this is getting released? I am looking to buy my processor+CPU *now*!!!

Also... I don't need the firewall, gigabit ethernet... is the chaintech a better choice since it's $60 cheaper and available now? I am not going to overclock so my primary concern is just stability and gaming performance.

You guys are brave. MSI just got slapped with that class-action lawsuit. I should join it, I had two of their motherboards go south on me.

Whats to say MSI hasn't learned from its mistakes. You can't just assume all their products are junk, just because they had some problems using bad capacitors.

Thats fine, I would be a bit leary to, I was just sayign you can't really judge this motherboard by the quality of a couple of other older boards. You could very well be correct and this board may also be a dud, but I woudl think after getting slapped with that lawsuit, they would have fixed things.

MSI had a class action law suit against it? Because of bad capasitors?? I have not sold many MSI board but I used to sell lots of Soltek motherboards and I've had TONs of them with bad capasitors....Slot A motherboards, Socket 370 motherboards....just those two...

Oh and recently i've run into a hand fulll of gigabyte motherboards with the same problem... crappy capasitors... In fact I have a system in my room right here with a gigabyte GA-7VTXE with failing capasitors.....bunch of corrosion at the tops of the capasitors around the CPU ziff socket... This motherboard is a athlon socket A board......

Hasn't there been a wave of counterfeit capacitors flooding the market? I would think that just about any motherboard manufacturer would be hit by this and not just limited to individual manufacturers.
