not as hot as $190 AR at TD about a month ago, but still a pretty good deal. With a little overclock, this card shouldn't have any problem matching a GTX 570. It's got a nice, beefy cooler with dual bios switch (for performance/silent fan settings). If you don't need PhysX or CUDA, an excellent alternative would be MSI TwinFrozr HD 7850 OC 2GB (also $210AR at NE right now), which performs at the same level with significantly lower power consumption.

The first one is the 448 core version, it performs better and is generally much more expensive than the version above.

560 is basically the old 460 1GB with higher clocks and improved efficiency. OC just means factory overclock.
560 Ti adds additional shaders (384 vs non-Ti's 336)
560 SE is more like 460 768mb with 192-bit bus, but 1GB of RAM--avoid if you can.
560 Ti 448 is a completely different animal--it's a 570 with 32 of its shader units turned off (480-->448), but retains the 570's 320-bit bus and 1280 MB RAM--supposedly it's a limited production from several major vendors to use up the cores that couldn't make 570. Performance and power consumption-wise, 560 Ti 448 is practically a 570, so it's got a 10-15% lead over regular Ti's.
Putting 2GB of RAM on the regular 560 core doesn't give any benefit in majority of situations (just as HD 6950 1GB performs identically as the 2GB one).
Conclusion, if prices are comparable, Ti 448 is the best.

This or the 7850? Both oc'd to common attainable speed I mean.

their performance results are very close (the 7850 probably o/c's better). The 7850 uses significantly less power and generates little heat/noise. The main downside of MSI 7850 TF3 OC is that it's at the bottom of MSI's 7850 lineup, so the build quality of the card is not as good (tiny cooler with small fans, but very quiet/cool) even though it still is TwinFrozr 3; on the other hand, it is also very petite (less than 8") so it can fit in just about any case. If you don't care about CUDA, PhysX or the card's apperance, I'd go with 7850. You won't lose with either.
