MSI Neo4 Platinum Broken memory Dividers??!!

Got my amazing Opteron 165 in my Neo4 Platinum and seems that if I use any memory divider to overclock other than 200 or 166 the PC won't boot or boots into windows and goes blue screen almost immediately. This has happened with both bios 1.9 & 1B. Any insight.

Presently using the 166 memory divider and an FSB of 260 I get a ram speed of 214Mhz or so (reported as 430 ddr my NV Monitor). I want to go higher but the 133 memory divider just isn't cooperating. Any insight into the problem?

Have you checked that your RAM timings aren't being tightend when you set the 133 divider?
Many mobos auto tighten the timings when a divider is applied.

Edit: Jeez, i see that you have reposted your own question like three times.

In the other threads, you say you don't know how to set timings, etc.
You may want to learn the basics if you want to sucessfully OC.

Then find out what your default timings are for your RAM, & manually set them in the bios as well as setting the 133 divider.

While it's entirely possible there's an issue with the MSI bios, i'm guessing there's actually not...

Sorry about that. BTW, CPU-Z reports my memory as being manufactured by PDP Systems.

Thank you for replying. It seems I may be on to something now, and I have to give your post the push & praise for it. After manually putting in my ram timings and then setting the memory divider to 133 I can now boot reliably into windows with no problemo. my present memory timings are 2.5-3-3-6 1T. At this speed I may give 2.5-2-2-6 1T a try. Running now at 270FSB @ default voltage for a nice cpu clock of 2430Mhz and looking foward to higher if possible. Thanks again for the reply! P.S. Wish there were more memory dividers available.
