MSI Neo4 SLI Voltage Issue

I recently built a system with a MSI Neo4 SLI and a 3200 Winchester. I think I have a voltage problem. Default voltage of course is 1.4V and that's what the Nvidia's NVmonitor reads but CPU-Z reads varying lower voltages. I realize that the CPU-Z will probably read a little bit lower but is fluctuating between three different voltage readings normal for CPU-Z? NVmonitor never changes it's readings. Readings are as follows:

BIOS Nvidia CPU-Z

1.40V 1.40V 1.36V,1.376V,1.392V

1.425V 1.45V 1.392V,1.408V

1.45V 1.45V 1.408V,1.424V,1.440V



Also, what speeds are other peeps getting with default voltage and stock cooling? I've been messing with RAM settings for the past three or so days and now I'm trying to find out max CPU speed. Running Prime95 as I type @ 2.4Ghz @ 1.45V. It wouldn't hit 2.4 at default voltage. Is this on average?

BTW, I have an ANTEC true control 550 20pin plugged into the 24pin mobo connector, is this okay or do I need that stupid adapter? Thanks in advance for any info!

Sorry about the voltages getting all jumbled together. It seemed right when I posted it. Anyway here are the readings again. Hopefully this is easier to read.

Bios= 1.400V
NVmonitor= 1.400V
CPU-Z= 1.36V, 1.376V, 1.392V


Bios= 1.425V
NVmonitor= 1.425V
CPU-Z= 1.392V, 1.408V


Bios= 1.450V
NVmonitor= 1.450V
CPU-Z= 1.408V, 1.424V, 1.440V


I guess all I need to know if other people are getting Vcore fluctuations with CPU-Z and if it's normal. Thanks

pretty normal, it should flucuate a bit. seems to have a "high" swing and a "low" swing. mu low is 1.488, and my high is 1.504. it sorta alternates between them , sometimes dropping to 1.47

Fluctuation is normal. My vcore fluctuates from 1.57v to 1.58v, and i'm set at 1.575 volts in bios. Just so long as the fluxes are close to the actual setting and aren't getting out of control, you're fine.

Thanks for the response guys. It seems both of you are hitting higher and lower than your actual setting. My seems to be low, lower, and lowest. Never actually hitting my target voltage. I guess every mobo is different and at least my fluctuations are only 0.03 max in value. Thanks again guys.
