+Msi Nforce ultra vs. ASUS A8n-e Premium NForce 4+

Cant decide what to get. Which one is better. Im on a 150-160 budget. I have 512mb stick of corsair value and a 3500+ winchester. Dont want SLI either.

what can the 4x pciE do(besides sli) cuz I also need upgradeability. I know it has enough pci's but could that 4x pciE be converted to pciE 1x later on?

I would avoid both. Right now, all the board manufacturers are having problems. Your best bet is the DFI board since DFI has great customer support if things go bad. Plus, the ASUS isn't even readily available. Consider the Chaintech as well, since the biggest problem is the inability to change voltage b/n 1.5-1.6 (not sure on the new revision, that will probably be the best value board available). Any suggestions from others? I am in a similar situation and the boards I reconmended are what I'm considering....

I just finished my MSI build with no problems whatsoever. You won't be dissapointed.
