I'm going to hang back a month, wait for the consumer reviews to come in, and see what's working best.
I'll be ordering the Asus P67 Pro and a 2600K from newegg tomorrow when they official come out..
Forgot to mention, I already ordered 2500K from a shop in my city, so that deal doesn't mean anything to me, altough it sounds awesome. Now I only need to pick a mobo between those two I mentioned before.Newegg has MSI mobo deals with the 2600 and 2500K's. 50 dollars off
Wish they had these deals last night. If I have my order still in the "processing" stage, any ideas if I'd have trouble cancelling my orders and repurchasing the combo deal? Never cancelled an order with newegg. I sure don't want double charges.
Pretty sweet deal. Wonder if it's worth it to switch from the Asus Pro to the MSI GD65 combo to get the free software. Can still get $20 off a 2600k/Asus Pro.
Just goto Live chat tomorrow and they can change it if it's still being processed. My 2600K is in the "Charged" status so i'm good to go. LOVE preferred account

No way I'd pick an MSI board over an Asus board, especially in the $150+ arena.
If you are planning a Sandy Bridge build, the GD65 should certainly be on your list of possible board selections based on great looks, rock solid performance, high-end components / technology and a very fair price tag.
