MSI hands down. i see more asus boards come in with issues than any other brand both as a sales and as a repair tech, and recently there have been some quality control issues i have seen on the P67 boards we got in our initial launch batch. maybe for the $250+ boards you will be okay, but the p67-GD65 (check HOCP for review) is the board i plan to get for my 2600k. also of note, it's one of the few boards on the market with 8 internal SATA ports right now, something i absolutely need to have, and it doesnt cost $260 like the UD5 to get that
