The MSI board has more features than the Chaintech board such as gigabit ethernet, a firewall integrated into the chipset, firewire, and better onboard sound. If these features are important to you, go ahead and get this board.
If these features don't matter to you, get the VNF3-250. This board is very stable, cheap, and a great overclocker. Personally, I use this board with my Athlon 64 3000+ which is overclocked from 2Ghz to 2.4Ghz. I have no regrets buying this board.
Once again, if you don't need the extra features on the MSI board, get the Chaintech board and pocket the extra $50 you save for other upgrades.
