I was just remembering that I actually saw the whole crew in a live version of the "This Island Earth" that became the movie eventually. Sorta surreal, but damn cool. Gosh, I loved this show, yeah.

OMG, HAWT DEAL!

Bear in mind, these are not complete collections of each season. They managed to piss off the stock footage company owner Sandy Frank with their musical number (The Sandy Frank song) so when time came for the rights to the movies to be renewed, he just refused to do so.
Therefore, "legal" distribution (or re-broadcast) of many episodes cannot occur. But, you can always dig into your VHS collection (like me) or check out the MST3K Internet Archive project for episodes that are not available for sale.

Vol 2 is only 379 minutes - that isn't much for a $60 tv dvd... I guess I'm spoiled by West Wing and Law and Order where you get 22 1-hour shows (45 minutes or whatever) for $20 when Amazon had them on sale.
