Just found this at Bestbuy.com, don't know if it is available at local store or not. The price is not that hot, but for all you deal gurus, I am sure you will come up with some coupon, % off to make this pretty hot!

Edit: Wondered if you can call Bestbuy.com, PM to Mushkin.com currently have the Mushkin 512MB PC3200 DDR for $149, get 110%, and apply a 10% off coupon. That would make it hot!

Does anyone know how to tell if this double-sided or single-sided? My mobo can only support single-sided in the third slot.

I was @ BB today (Chicago, N ave location) looking around for stuff to fall into my basket. Didnt see any Mushkin in their Mem section. Killed a little time shopping for gifts and ended up picking up some Kingston pc21OO and some other stuff. Fun to ask a sales person (teh cuter the better) where something is (when you know its across the store) and follow them around looking for it. Then off to Home Despot to get a 12" mud knife and some lock cores to finish some work.

If you don't need any RAM for a few weeks at least, I would hold off on going for those $39.99 after rebate deals floating around...

If you check Newegg, the price of Crucial PC2100 DDR 256MB has gone down about $3 a day for the past few days at least... I think price of DDR is about to go down a good bit...

I'm personally waiting for the price of RAM to hit the lows it reached last year or so... when you could buy a stick of Crucial 256MB PC2100 DDR for around $29 shipped..

Its about time best buy start carrying quality memory though. Hopefully other retailers will do the same.
Crucial last year now mushkin, who knows maybe next year they will carry corsair.

I don't think current RAM price is not reasonable, it is just not cheap enough.

Two years ago, when I purchase two sticks of Mushkin 128MB PC133 Rev2 for $350, that is called NOT reasonable.
