Syber, well me like the intel zellot that I am forgot about the +33 setting so the PC150 may be a good alternative but I still have to rate Rev2 higher from personal experience.

On the wholesaler issue, I don't care if someone else wants to persue this, I know that I am getting good prices on this ram and that it is covered under a lifetime warranty. I doubt you will get a warranty if you buy it from the wholesaler and to me it is worth it to pay extra. I am not forcing anyone to buy this from me, I just wanted to try to save everyone about 20 dollars a stick. I would also imagine that you would have to buy allot of memory to get a buy from the wholesaler. I may check into it but for now I am sticking to Mushkin. Simply because I have confidence that they will treat us right no matter what.

Sorry about going MIA on you guys, I will work on getting mails sent tomorrow. I have bee trying very hard to get the stuff for OCB's new site layout and store taken care of so I haven't been in the forums. I also have not gotten back to most of you via email. I will do all of that tomorrow, just wanted to let you know I didn't forget about this, I just figured we had time. On the shipping, yeah I would take the 3 bucks per stick off for multi-stick orders. Also I think I would be interested in helping with the item in the other thread MadCow, I liked the guys comment who referred to leeches....I really am not doing this to make money guys. I have the potential to make a little on this buy but on the last I actually lost money because of a problem I had with a couple people's payments. Not trying to make much here but the last time I sent a copy of my receipt with the ram and most of the people were asking, " are you crazy for doing this for like .50 each stick?" Well maybe but I always have bought ram for myself when I do a group buy and that is my profit, the savings I get. This time 2 sticks of 256 are inline for my dual 700 @ 933 and 2 of the 128 sticks are going to increase other systems to 256. Next time I will get 2 more big sticks and then I may be done. Yeah I am greedy when it comes to my systems, I like power and everything is overkill. Thank god for a good job. Regardless, that is how I am benifitting from this, I just thought you all should know.

My roommate told me you can get Mushkin's PC133 rev2 2/2/2 for $150 a piece if you buy 4 (total = $600). Does anyone know if this is true because I can't imagine Mushkin doing this unless it's an older make.

Sounds like B.S. to me, Ranger. The last deal we bought like 30 and only brought the price down to around the mid 150's...

There is a 4 pack of 133 rev 1.5 but it's only guaranteed to 133 @ 2-2-2. They also have 2 128 sticks for 349 or 175 a piece.

Thanks, I knew that was too good to be true. Djohn, are you still running this group RAM buy? Please let us know how much more Muskin is willing to cut down the cost per stick. I may be interested in either 1 or 2 128MB sticks.

Yes the group buy is still active. I have not heard back from them about the price drop and I have been trying to get things rolling with OCB so I haven't had as much time to devote to this as I should. I am sending email to all and private messages to the guys who have replied.

ElDiablo, didn't you read his post earlier? He said although they lowered their prices, they did not lower the prices on his deal. Djohn, I would seriously talk with Mushkin about this because people can potentially get this cheaper.
