Mushkin - you gotta love these guys

I ordered the $89 rev 1.5 special and I guess they ran out because there is a handwritten scribble on the invoice "free upgrade". Sure enough I got a rev 2 stick. Another company may have merely sent a note that my order was on backorder or they sold out. It takes some class and customer service to upgrade to a better grade. I have never done business with them before, but you can bet I will again. They have gained a customer.

They are the best! They sent me a note a week after I ordered mine and want to know how my service was and if my product was working to my satisfaction.

I got a stick from them earlier this month and did not get a confirmation email or an email with a tracking # ( which the lady on the phone said they would do) and I did not get a follow-up email either

I guess they didnt care about me

After my first dealing with them, I've bought nothing but Mushkin RAM .. talk about customer satifaction.

Yes, I have to agree, Mushkin has probably the best customer service and the slickest packaging of all RAM resellers. However, it doesn't come for free, as you can get equally performing ram for less.

Still, I can recommend Mushkin since they sell BLACK PCB ram and have awesome customer service.

Mushkin is great! (as if no one else has said it)

They called me twice to ask me a few credit card questions. It was something small but it was still nice to have somoene call me instead of an email. They also called twice! in the same day.

I do like them a lot. Great custoner service and decent prices.
