Best lyrics I've ever heard from any artist from any genre. EVAR. Some of the beats are a little weak, a little too old-fasion sounding, IMO. Overall an excellent album and I recommend it to any hip-hop fan.

That's pretty funny that you mention Blackaliscious... We used to kick it with Lateef from Blackaliscious and Quannum at my old pad in Santa Cruz but eventually we lost touch. Later I went on vacation to Europe and in Paris at this little restaurant we coincidentally bumped into Lateef and Gab. They got us into the show they were doing at the batofar which is a boat off of some river at the edge of Paris. Let me just say it was the craziest, most fun hip hop show I've ever been to. Europeans are hip-hop fiends. Anywayz, if you like Blackaliscious you should check out Living Legends and Mystic Journeymen. They are some California Underground hip hoppers and they always put it down for some real ass music. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. Peace.
