MWAVE "ASRock 939Dual-SATA2" + Opteron 144

I have the Asrock motherboard, I never have any trouble with it.

Got my 144 set up on my Abit KN8 SLI, but I cannot pass Super Pi over 235 Mhz. Upped the CPU voltage to 1.50, still not pass at 240 Mhz (CPU temps less than 36 deg C using a XP-90). Using Mushkin memory, pretty sure it is not the memory holding me back.

Is my Karma bad, or do I need more CPU voltage?

@jTek - Sounds like you have the HTT multiplier set too high, either that or you may need to drop the RAM multiplier and/or relax the RAM timings.
I've got mine running at 285 on my AsRock M/B.
The ocworkbench web site (AsRock forum) has some good links to OC info, including a useful calculator that recommends good setting combos based on the maxes you've determined for you hardware.

Thanks for the help, I should have included more info - my memory is left at the default , 3-3-3-8, and I lowered the HHT to 3x, but to no avail. Should I change the memory to 3-4-4-8? Thanks.

Make sure your pci-e/agp is locked and so your not overclocking them

in the Bios, PCIE Frequency should be set to 100 Then AGP and PCI are locked at 66/33
