I just wonder if their website is going to be better. The building is nice so how about the website. Googlegear is another one which could stand a lot of improvement.

The place is so big now.. I went for a will call a couple of weeks ago, I was afraid to go into the building thinking I might be at the wrong place. Then I saw a sign that says "Will Call" and some familiar faces inside the building.

This might sound kinda stupid, is it an actual store? Can you go in and buy stuff? Or is just for will call?

You can order from the computers at the store, but then you have to wait at least 2 hours before your stuff gets processed and you can get out. It's actually more organized this way, because I remember before it was a mess, disorganized.

I do notice one thing missing from the new Mwave that was at the old Mwave... vending machines!! 25cent sodas while you're waiting, mmmmm...

South OC = South Orange County? Near where? I'd advise 57 to 60. Or else you can try surface streets like Beach Bl, Harbor, etc they go into streets like Fullerton, Hacienda and you would be in City of Industry where you just need to get to Valley Blvd and use that to get to Mwave.

Is this really going to be worth it? Im traveling from Torrance which is near Lax, and its quite a drive. Its about 40 miles for me, which its kinda ok, but LA freeways are a bitch.

Wow, I never cared for Mwave much to begin with. And now that I hear they charge for will call, you wait for hours, etc. So glad Monarch Computers B&M in GA is 100 times better. I do wish we had a Newegg though, damnit.

I went to the last "big blowout" sale and it STUNK. Seriously they mostly had extremely outdated motherboards (most were for dual processors) way overpriced small hard drives, and slightly discounted cables. I only live about 15 minutes away and was thoroughly disappointed that I even drove that. Not to thread crap at all but that was my experience.

BTW, newegg doesn't have will call do they? I don't get what advantage some of you were saying that you had by living close if they don't have will call. I supposed if they screw up your order you could picket or something

man, that new building is HUGE, the inside is much better too <-- just check out the WILL CALL dept, quite cozy in there unlike the OLD building..

BTW, for you PEEPS looking for the Intel D875PBZ Canterwood - it seems MWAVE has the cheapest price on it, 162.95$ (RETAIL), compare that to NEWEGG who sells the retail version for 209$ <-- wow..

They have had some good deals on mobos but keep away from their PC speakers... alot of refurbs there. Not to mention that they still have truckloads of Z-680's with 1.0.3 Pod speakers :disgust:
