MX518 BEST Logitech Mouse EVARR

tried the G5/7 couldn't get the middle button to work dumpped it.. also didn't work on my table for some reason. could've been the teflon coating that i spray it with.

got this here 518 WOW, didn't know it can do 1000hz (SENSATIONAL), but YES IT CAN.. you can just FEEL the precise control, though i am not used to it yet, NIGHT AND DAY guys.. It is like i can FEEEL every pixel..

Idk if this is going to break in the next few weeks ,, but for the time being, I'm loving it.

I honestly didn't think a change from mx510 to 518 would be soo different. dangg

I didn't like the razer, I guess it just didn't fit my hand, I'm right handed, and if i have to use the buttons on the right of the mouse, i have to twist my wrist and click it with the tip of my fingers, Its possible to get used to but,, i just didn't get it and gave up after a while.

I didn't expect 1000hz though, this is amazing.. for some reason my razer copper didn't poll 1000hz with mouserate checker, it only polled 200, was quite odd. even after i put in the mouse rate patch and changed it in the razer menu. could've been a bad mouse i guess..

Capt Caveman , with mouserate checker, does it poll 1000+hz for you?

cuz with the mx518 and my old microsoft intelli mouse it would, but with the razer, (which should) it didn't

chairbornrangerx why would u switch to dimondback when u can switch to copperhead.?? and believe me it'll be difficult to switch from logitech to razer, they're awkwardly different.

How much does the G7 poll?

middle mouse button on the g7 can be a pain, its like you have to 'break it in'.

I still prefer the g7, not sure if I even use the middle mouse button in any game as a button, I just use the wheel and the tilt, both of which work fine.

don't remember why I wanted the diamondback, but yeah the copperhead looks like a great mouse, I will always have my 518 to fall back on if I can't get used to it. We shall see

Call me crazy, but I decided to give a mouse I never heard of a try. The last few mice I have owned were the Logitech M1000, 518, & G7.

I wanted to go back to a corderd mouse, so I researched some. I decided after reading a couple of reviews to give A4Tech X-750F mouse a try. I found a great deal one one so I bought it.

I am extremely happy with it so far. It's a very light mouse and extremely accurate- 2500 DPI. I never thought I would own anything but a Logitech or other big brand name. I'm glad I took the chance with this one.

interesting mouse, i wonder how durable it is, it has the features thats for sure. I'm tempted to buy one instead of the razr copperhead.

I never had a G5 but I've had the G7, and though i'd agree that the G5 is likely more accurate than the 518, that ****** middle button is kryptonite. RIP G(x)

No one has yet told me where to buy the ad4tech thing.

Not the quickest. The site advertised free upgrade to 2 day shipping, but didn't honor it. Anyway, at the time I bought it it was $29.99 then they had a $10 coupun on top of it. I got it for $19.99 ($24.99 shipped).

It's very light (which some might take as being cheap), but I tell you, I've owned nothing but big brand mice before and this one is my favorite.
