I'm not sure what people say about them, but the reality is they are perfectly find for a bass-forward can. The problem is they cost way too much for their performance. There are far better performing options for the money.

If they cost half that ($100 - ~$150), they would be great choices.

I have the Beats Bluetooth cans, say what you want about the regular ones, I won't argue. But I really really love mine. Were they overpriced? Sure, but they're the best sounding BT cans I've tried that were comfortable and not butt ugly. iPod Touches have Bluetooth so imho if you're going to go with Beats, spend a bit extra and get the BT ones.
