Maybe you should get a checkup for your kid, those symptoms can be bad if they persist.

My wife goes in to go to bed and move him and finds him in the bed with no freaking pants or underwear on and he has crapped and peed all over in our bed! What the #@#*!!!!! So after my wife and I are done freaking out I give him a bath and take him into the living room while we clean up.

Then I hear him starting to barf and I run out there just as he is starting. I'm looking for something to catch it in becuase I don't want barf on the floor. All I can find is the robe he is wearing, but after about 2 seconds I realize it's not going to catch it. I pick him up and start running down the hall for the bathroom becuase he hasn't really started chucking it up yet so there is still a chance. Half way down the hall he hurls the rest out in a big streak down the hallway.

So at end of the night I have a barfed up hallway and a peed and crapped in bed. So now I'm online looking at how much steam cleaners cost so I can sanitize our house. I guess we'll be sleeping on the floor.

If it happened to someone else I think I would think the whole thing was pretty funny.

ah, the joy of children

I hope you're not going to make him feel guilty about it, tho.

Damn. Now that we're grown up I feel like I can totally treat my symptoms. Until last year. I died in college one day. I woke up feeling like crap and I collapsed back into my bed. Ditched a full day of classes and I tried to go buy some medicine and jamba juice to eat and I collapsed again on my way back and fell asleep on the bus and stumbled back into bed... I even called my parents who drove an hour up to bring me the right medicine....

Well NOW I think I know what I react to best. Tylenol Flu. the AM and PM pills that last like 8hours each. Man, it may suppress symptoms rather than cure the symptoms, but it works for me... I'd rather be feeling fine in class then having decongestants working and causing me to blow my nose every 20 min.

It's simple, you just have to break it down.

1. Kid has the flu.
2. His body temperature rises and he gets really hot.
3. He takes off his clothes.
4. He falls asleep.
5. He poops and pees himself while he's asleep.

It's hard for kids to hold back diarrhea while they're asleep, it just kinda comes out. And kids naturally wet the bed all the time.

I remember when I used to sleepwalk and pee in the trash can... Oy!

I was wondering if the crapping occured prior to or after pants removal.

QFT because it's hilarious. 10/10. But yeah, man, I hope your kid feels better man. Seriously. And I'm sure itll be something you can bring up infront of his future girlfriends for payback. Ya know?

Been there several times with my kids.
Why does it always seem to happen right before you want to go to bed?

One night I'm in the livingroom watching Conan and he walks up to me doing this funny little dance. I asked him if he needed to go potty and he says yes. I say well lets go into the bathroom. As I'm getting up off the couch, he turns and walks about four feet away then whips it out and starts peeing on the floor!

Another time he did the same thing again, only this time he peed in a wagon full of toys!

my kids do the dance as well. My oldest woke up one night and sat on the toilet and did her thing. Only the lid was down.

Just goes to show why you should have hardwood or laminite flooring (and a good washing machine)
