My Aunt can't see site...don't understand why, please help!!!

I'm only talking about her actually creating the account vs. remote assistance. Once the account is created, I would disconnect from Remote Assistance, have her Aunt reboot the computer, and then have her log in with new account and check to see if she can connect.

i do have a thread on another forum in regards to this..i have tried to keep both up to date on everything i have tried so far...

i do appreciate ALL the help.

she is out of town today, but i will get her to create a new account on the computer and see if it works from there...(but do you really think that is it, if no computer in the house can see it, or her neighbor?)

update - i installed a fresh install of joomla in another folder on the domain - and she could see it - i put the same template on it and all - so it must be some module/mambot that's on the site?

Well, I say whatever works is great. Not knowing how Joomla works, maybe it was something pushed out to her that got hosed and prevented her from seeing content.

Update:
I went over to my aunt's last night. None of her computers could see the site. so i used my dial up connection from where i get my internet from on her laptop-Through my isp, using dialup, I COULD SEE THE SITE!!! And then I disconnected the dial up and enabled their cable back (still on the laptop), and the site still worked!! I cleared the cache, and went to pages I had not gone to on the dialup connection, so it couldn't of been cached. It was using her Charter internet connection and it was working!!!

so then i did the same with her pc, used my isp through dialup and it worked!!, then i disconnected it, enabled charter back, and it worked on there!!!! did the same thing, cleared cache and went to different pages to make sure it wasnt cached, and it was working through charter.

So after i opened the site through my ISP, and then switched back to her's (charter) it would work! But when i restarted the computer it wouldn't work anymore (i had to connect through mine AGAIN, disconnect and go back to hers, and it would work) it did this on both the Laptop and the desktop! This makes NO SENSE to me!!!??? i thought it might be in her Charter Security Suite somewhere, but the laptop doesn't have it installed, the desktop pc does, but they were both doing the same thing.

So, after going through dialup and getting the site - it would work - until we rebooted.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS!!! Is this information that might help charter figure somethign out to fix it?

i tried unpublishing all the mambots, and modules that i thought might affect it...that didnt' work.

Did you try this? I think it might be a DNS issue (I could be wrong though).
