Sprint $100 mail-in rebate for 2 phones is valid until 09/30.

Best buy $60 Gift card with phone purchase is valid for
atleast a month but says "One per house hold" means even if u buy
2 phones u could use only one of them.

Best buy has no other gift cards valid at present. All of them
expired.

found the 29.99 for 1000 mins.

if you goto the sprintpcs.com site and choose the 250 mins for 29.99 plus 250 night and weekend option and continue the order, you will find that there is 500 more promotional mins. the bad is that the 500 promotional is off peak mins to quote the site. so i guess its 250 peak hour mins (very little) and 750 off peak! thats a lot of off peak

Yeah that is a lot of off peak time. It might be a good deal for someone who works nights though.

I live in Charlottesville, VA and I think Sprint handles their PCS business through a third party here. I tried calling them, but they put me on hold and it took forever.

If you live in my area and know of a good rate deal, I would really appreaciate it if you could e-mail and let me know. knocks@umich.edu

Thanks.

I've been researching cell phone deals for a few months now and i would really have to say that point.com really really kicks ass. I would recommend everyone to go check it out, even if you have a cell phone and a contract already. It keeps you up to date with all the new plans and deals and etc. Helps you find whats best for you.

I got a Qualcomm 2760 from Radio Shack for $100, down to $50 after the Rebate at the begining of August. I got the rebate in the mail about two weeks ago, only 6 weeks after activating my phone. I also switched plans, so switching plans does not screw up the "must have phone activated for 1 month" thing.

I get 1000 min for $29.99. 200 anytime minutes, 200 nights and weekends, 600 bonus nights and weekend minutes, with nationwide longdistance/roaming (on the Sprint Network). Yeah, kinda disproportionate, but I use it mostly at night, so it works out great for me. So far, my service has been exceptional.

How did you find that plan? We have 500 minutes for $29.99. If we could get 100 that would be excellent. Where did you see it?

I don't know how their service is in other areas, but I just signup with Sprint PCS and I cannot get a signal. About 25% of my calls are dropped and also their technical support sucks. Also if you do start up a new plan you do not have a trial period like with other companies. I tried to cancel my service two days after I signed up but they would not let me. The first month I used only 18 min out of the 1500 that I paid for. That 18 minutes costs me $138. Make sure to ask many questions when signing up. Hope you have better luck than I did.
