For guys with rock solid overclocks - I thought if we have a thread with BIOS settings we can put our heads together and come up with optimal settings plus it will be helpful to newbies joining and not sure what to change in BIOS
Here are my BIOS settings - CPU temps using an E6300 with Thermaltake Big Typhoon around 46C idle and 60C load with chipset temps around 36C constant and SB 40C. RAM is Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800 rated at 5 5 5 12.

FSB Termination Voltage...1.40
Northbridge VCore...........1.45
Southbridge VCore...........1.70
ICH Chipset Voltage.........1.057
CPU configure
Modify Ratio Support........Disabled (Those who want multiplier should enable Modify Ratio support)
C1E Support....................Disabled
Max CPUID Value Limit.....Disabled
Vanderpool Technology.....Disabled
CPU TM function...............Disabled
Execute Disable Bit...........Disabled
PECI...............................Disabled
Chipset
Northbridge (remember I gave this 1.45volts)
Memory Remap Feature....Disabled

DRAM Act to Act Delay TRRD....11
Rank Write to Read Delay.....11
Read to Precharge Delay......10
Write to Precharge Delay......10
Static Read Control..........Auto
Initiate Graphic Adapter....PEG/PCI
South Bridge (remember I gave this 1.70volts & temps are 40C - heatsink appears to be too small)
PCIEX16 2/PCIEX 1 1Force - X4Mode (Fast)....perhaps this is why I do not have PCIe mode dropping to 1X even though I set the speed to 100 (some use 110)
