Yah, we pretty much figured that. The editing computer that has the manuscript actually isn't even connected to the Internet, and we've watermarked the copies we sent to the printers and lawyers (sent physically, on CD discs), so we can immediately trace any leaks that occur. We're being extremely careful with the digital manuscript!

We just added a little blog and will be posting scheduled appearances, probably starting this summer. School lets out in May so I'll have a LOT more free time to pursue public presentations. Yeah, with Obama's emphasis on education, this is a good time to get into the market. Pretty much every guidance counselor and teacher we've shown it to has absolutely loved it and really wants to get it into schools. We've actually gotten such a good response from that area that we are probably going to follow up with a Teacher's Manual this summer as a supplement to help teachers use our book in a classroom setting!

The book isn't necessarily designed to be read cover from cover (although that wouldn't be a bad thing!). It's basically split into 3 sections:

1. Career Roadmap
2. Interviews
3. Appendices

The main thing to read is the Career Roadmap, which helps you narrow down the career fields that match your interests, talents, and so on. Most people then go and read the interviews that match their interests or that they find interesting, rather than reading all 600 pages. Although, I've read all 600 pages and I have a much better understanding about the nature of careers now

That's what we're currently working on, and that's why we chose Amazon Fulfillment over Amazon Advantage (that's why we show up the way we do on the Amazon product page). Amazon Fulfillment allows you to handle bulk orders directly, depending on your situation. We've been discussing doing a Teacher's Manual as a companion guide to the book, so depending on what the various schools we're talking to say, we may setup something like that for bigger orders to educational facilities.
