IF they stole your wheels like you said, I wholeheartedly doubt they'd take the time to unmount them (yet alone the free tires).

While I could have believed they did this over $200, I lose alot of trust with the stolen wheels but slashed tire bit.

As far as the $15k goes, I am willing to bet 1/2 of that is the 500 CD's, the wheels (18" are rice on a maxima btw) are probably the other 1/2.

Um, you wouldn't exactly be driving around (past tense) if the tires *weren't* mounted to the wheels. That's kinda a requirement to not be seeing sparks flying from the car when driving down the road. Where else do the tires mount, on the hood?

wheel locks will not stop a pro. esp if just one are on each wheel. If you use one of the popular types chances are the theif will have the 'key' in hand.

Same with car door locks, pros have the master key set. Even an alarm with starter kill can be bypassed.

My wing isn't rice. It is the same type of spoiler a stock Maxima comes with but it is 1" higher. It is just a spoiler that is an inch higher. No my mods are bascially stereo, etc. It was a gxe that was transferred into basically a gle (leather, wood steering wheel, etc.), turned the interior to black from tan. Wasted my money when I was younger basically.
Performance mods? none.
HIDs aren't rice. How could you call HIDs rice when all new cars basically come with them.

As for my tires slashed, guys it's night I really didn't see so I have no idea what I am talking about. I'll take pictures in the morning, I'll go look now with a flashlight. I wrote this shaking, I am still shaking because I am furious. I never thought this could happen to me.

So even if it was at night, it couldn't be hard to figure out of your tires were there or not. If they were there and slashed then the "my wheels (18's)" is false, if they were not there then the "they slashed my tires" is false, easy as that.

ok, only two of my wheels/tires were stolen. My spoiler was not stolen but they tried , maybe not enough time? Maybe to make a point? That doesn't make any sense to me.

No glass broken (car was locked) and I guess the alarm didn't work and even if it did it wouldnt make a difference I live in the woods. I see glass inside the car however and I cannot find out where it came from.

Still no police.

I dont think 18s on a maxima are rice.. On many maximas its only an inch larger and a 40 series profile tire, down from the 50 series the car comes with.

*EDIT* Just read thread. So, aimster, as I understand it you went outside and quickly checked damage, then came here to post, without first confirming that only TWO of your wheels had been stolen, and they slashed the other two? That just doesn't make sense, man.

If your car is vandalized you're gonna check to see the exact damage and know exactly what's going on, then your first response about the wheels was like "WTF, you have to mount tires?", Truly you're making no sense. Tires are attached to wheels. Unless you dismount them ( you won't if you're stealing set ) the tires will go along with the stolen wheels.

$200 for this? Sure - I've heard of a guy who tried to shoot his son over their team losing a football game. But, if you'd paid back $2300 of the $2500 why would a friend suddenly now try and do this?
