I find it just a LITTLE odd that you borrowed $200 from a "friend" and couldn't/didn't pay him back yet you have a car with $15,000 of mods to it? (Edit: So the $200 may be remaining portion of a debt owed... in which case... I guess if you were very late on it, you should have offered up something as collateral at the least... with 500 CD's I'm guessing you could have come up with something....).

Well, no matter how odd, it still sucks when your stuff gets jacked. So I sympathize. Hope your insurance does cover it, but, odds are you didn't notify them of the changes and they'll only cover up to a certain amount. Live and learn.

Something is weird about this.... 500 CD's is alot of CD's. I dont think we have 100 int the entire hosue here(including my parents me and my sister). Where the hell do you put 500 CD's in your car? And most importantly why? I dont think I have ever seen anyone with more than like 35CD's in their car.

Sorry, I just live in New Jersey and I'm used to hearing this all the time. That's why no one "hooks" up the cars here. Because when you hook up a car to get attention you usually attract both the good and bad attention. Hell, just having a car colored red out here makes it a bulls-eye for such activity.

Even though you where the victim and whoever did that deserves to be locked up for a few good years in jail, maybe be a little more conservative next time. Or lock it up in a garage at least.

Hell, I could only imagine having a truck side swipe that s.o.b whiles its parked out on the street.

You are going to be asking your insurance for a lot of money, so I hope you have a good 30 grand limit on that Maxima.

No kidding. Two 300 cd books don't take up that much space. Why somebody would be so stupid as to actually keep that many in a car is beyond me...but it's still very doable.

MP3's area great thing. 10 albums on one $.25 disk is such a great way to cut down on space and lessen your loss if the cd is lost/stolen/scratched/ect.
