They way you compose this makes me wonder if it is possible that you pulled the video card out of the computer while it was up and running, please tell me you did NOT do this !!!

Of course i did not pull out the card while the comps was still on, It was completely shut off, I even uplug it.

I have an Epox motherboard, and the motherboard itself has power and reset buttons and those dont work either, I even tried another video card i have laying around and even that doesnt work.

Any more suggestions?

Reset the CMOS via the motherboard jumper.

Make sure you follow the motherboard manufacturer's manuals instructions to the letter.

Then after the computer has rebooted, restart it and go into BIOS setup and reset any parameters that need to be other than the default parameters.

Check your RAM slots.
Check if you installed them correctly and in the correct slots
Some motherboards are finicky about where the RAM will get inserted, like my ASUS A8N SLI Dx doesn't allow me to install my 2nd RAM card in the 2nd slot but it wants it in the 3rd slot.
Also, Check all your connections once again.

Have you tried checked the power switch on the psu to see if it was switch off, or maybe even the surge protector?

The turn off switch is on and the surge protector has other things connected to it too, but i think it might be the PSU must have gotten bad or something. I alos tried an extension cord going directly to the wall outlet and it didnt work either, it was the only thing connected.

what kind of power supply do you have? I know on some motherboards, when they are getting some kind of power from the psu, some little led light will come on, does your motherboard have that feature?

It's utterly sould destroying, but your graphics card is probably dead. I just swapped out my stock HSF for a AC silencer 5 and had a serious heart failiure when i hadn't pushed the card in properly and i was getting artifacts at stock speeds.

Check you've plugged everything in properly, if that doesn't work, unplug everything and do it again, i've had issues with them not being pushed far enough in before this too. Maybe i'm just to soft on my parts.
