If she's not blood related there isn't really an issue. I've heard of kids who dated in HS whos PARENTS hit it off together and got married. The kids were ofcourse pissed, but went ahead and eventually got married anyway. Now THAT sounds fvcked up (marrying/etc-ing your sister-in-law) but it really isn't a big deal.

That would be your step-sister. You sister-in-law is married to your brother or your wife's brother.
