..a Canon ES8600 for $250 @ Fry's Electronics for our trip to Hawaii. I wouldn't care, because a simple search on Froogle reveals the camcorder is worth $300. The problem is that it's not digital, Hi8 or whatever.
I know I'm not going to get a *quality* digital camcorder in the $250-$500 range, but I have two questions.
1. Is there a better Hi8mm Camcorder available for around the same price?
2. Is it worth it to keep the Hi-8mm camcorder or to splooge and get a Digital Camcorder?
