i'm here at home showering and cleaning myself up, hadn't been home since yesterday morning when i left for work. my father's house is over an hour away and my wife and I are going back soon to be with the family.
the good thing is he has a huge family - 5 brothers, and 5 sisters, so we will all get through this together.
i feel especially sad for my step mother and half brother. my half brother is only 16 and he needs his dad at that age. my brother and i are goign to be there for him though.
and my step mom worked at my dads practice. he had his own urology practice and she helped run the books and stuff, so not only do tey not have his income now, she is also out of a job right now
he is one of the most respected doctors in Montgomery County, MD, and probably THE best urologist in the county as well. i know so many people cared about him and loved him and hopefully all of those people will help make this process easier when they come to the viewing and stuf.
