Nobody said it was covered it butter. It was on the side for anybody wanting it. I did have some Lucini EVOO and balsamic as well.love ciabatta bread but youre supposed to dip it in olive oil and balsamic vinegar not cover it with butter, thats why it has holes

The carrots were cooked sous vide and then glazed in a pan. The bite and the intensity of flavor were dead on.The only thing about that meal that didn't look fantastic to me was the boiled carrots. I have never been a fan of cooked carrots, except when used as a flavour base in sauces or stews. The rest of the meal looks incredible.
