My dog is dumb

She somehow managed to get a marrow bone stuck on her lower jaw behind the 2 big teeth. Gonna have to take her to the vet....

Not uncommon. They might have to use some wire cutters or larger to cut it out. Some dogs get a bone or stick (like mine) stuck between the upper and lower jaw. Fortunately I was able to get the stick out of my dog's mouth but a neighbor had to take their dog in, where they had to use bolt cutters to break the bone.
