I'm sure it could fall down the back. It's unlikely it would work up into her buttocks, and her desire to shave her private regions is not something that should be shunned.

Ok fine. Up until this weekend I've had long hair. While taking a shower some pieces fall out and rest in the grand canyon. When I use the restroom or shower and wash I can feel the hairs that have fallen be pulled out of the anal cavity. Therefore, it DOES happen. *sigh*
