Here is a SUCCESS story that I would like to share about Aopen Customer support:
As a owner of AX4R+, I registered the product on Aopen's website and left feedback on the product on their web site.

Three says later I get an email from customer support asking for my mailing address so that they can send me the SPDIF bracket and the BIOS chip. I was given a shipping date of 2/10/03. I received both these items on 2/13/03 by DHL but the BIOS chip did not work. Emailed back to Aopen Complaint center and another chip was shipped by DHL. Received and installed successfully just now. All this cost me nothing.
I am stunned.
