you laugh... but I am considering traveling to Mexico, crossing the border, and starting over. I would save so much on education, health and auto insurance, etc. Plus if I ever got arrested... well I jst give a fake name and never show up for court. It's win win.

Don't worry about that. What this guy did is compeletly moronic, but all the slots he doesn't use up will be filled by waitlist candidates. All he did was increase his opportunity to get picked (and he may even get rejected if he applied multiple times through the same employer).
