Check your tire pressure everyone, you can be gone instantly and that is a fact no matter how tough it is to believe.

But one question... what does tire pressure have to do with a malfunctioning car?
Some cars will have a sensor light that activates if they have a reading on the tire pressure outside the acceptable range. I'm assuming the light came on and when he went to check the tire pressure, he was hit.
My condolences. A friend of mine also lost his father a few years back after pulling onto the side of the road. He was changing a flat when a car temporarily lost control and hit him.

Hmm, no alcohol or drugs involved, but no mention of whether or not she was on her cellphone.
So now the bigger question is, was it an honest mistake or was it due to negligence?
